about Passing on Light
I did not find the light—the light found me.
Through meditation, yoga, Qi Gong, Reiki, and other traditional energy practices, I began to sense a quiet inner guidance. A light that has always been there. A presence each of us carries within.
Again and again, these practices showed me that when we turn toward our intuition, life begins to flow with more clarity—through breath, movement, nourishment, and stillness.
Passing on Light grew from this experience. Through my treatments and practice, I hope to help you feel this light —so you can reconnect with the wisdom already living within you.

My Approach
My work brings together academic study and years of embodied practice. I hold a Master’s degree and wrote my thesis on the psychosomatic connections in migraines—an inquiry that led me deeper into the relationship between body, mind, and energy.
Over the years, I have explored Buddhist meditation, yoga, Qi Gong, and somatic practices such as Rolfing and Craniosacral Therapy. These disciplines shaped my understanding of the body as a gateway to healing on all levels..
Reiki became a central thread in this path. My practice is rooted in traditional lineages, including Jikiden Reiki.
In my sessions, you can expect a grounded and intuitive approach—creating space for regulation, deeper awareness, and reconnection with your inner balance.
