What you will learn
In Reiki Level 1, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki energy work: the history of Reiki and the five life principles (Gokai), basic hand positions for self-treatment and treating others, and your first exercises in consciously sensing and perceiving energy. The course also includes a personal, individual teaching through which the Reiki energy is passed on to you. It takes place in a small group or one-on-one setting, at your own pace.
